Our Story
Crafted in the Hill County of Texas, every drop of Austin Minton Small Batch Whiskey begins with locally grown corn, rye, oats and malted barley. Each small batch is distilled slowly and aged patiently in charred oak barrels, where the Texas heat and time draw out rich caramel tones, toasted vanilla and a whisper of smoke.

A 50-gallon barrel, less the angel's share, held in bond at Austin Private Label Distillery. Fifty (50) shares available at $250 per share donation.
After all licensing is completed. Each participant will receive a Certificate of ownership; a Austin Minton Ball Cap; and after aging a minimum of two (2) 750 ml bottles of Austin Minton Aged Reserve bourbon at cask strength for each share owner.
